Exploring the Divine Path

Insights of Healer. Arun CJ presented on June-2-2025 at the Divine Meditation Session

Iraivazhi means the path that leads us to realize God — a way of living that aligns with the will of the Divine. It’s about understanding the true purpose of life and living in a way that allows God to dwell within us. It is a journey that helps us receive the goodness that God has destined for us without missing it, and one that leads us away from ignorance and misused knowledge toward higher divine wisdom.

This divine wisdom, in turn, helps us heal, grow, and find peace. It teaches us to place our complete trust in God for all our needs, living without fear of the future — with faith, patience, and calm. It is a gentle path where we not only seek material wealth but also strive for divine grace.

Iraivazhi is a way to live humbly, recognizing that all glory belongs to God alone. We let go of our ego and pride, and live with a deep sense of devotion. This path is unique in that it does not equate human beings, spiritual leaders, or deities with God. Instead, it emphasizes that the one and only being worthy of worship is the Supreme Divine, the Creator of all.

To put it simply, Iraivazhi is a guide to living as a true human — with peace in the heart, clarity between good and evil, and a strong resolve to choose goodness. While many may wish to live this way, it’s not always easy — especially in a world that glorifies wealth, luxury, and external beauty. Walking firmly on this path often requires God’s grace, because it goes against much of what society values today.

That’s why preparing the mind is essential. And a simple tool for that preparation is Iraivazhi Dhyānam — meditation rooted in divine guidance. Like all forms of meditation, it helps refine and steady the mind. But in this practice, we specifically learn to recognize the forces that pull us away from the divine path, understand where they come from, how they grow, and how to overcome them.

Iraivazhi Dhyānam is unique because it avoids rituals, religious divisions, mantras, or traditions. There are no complicated ceremonies. There is no religion or sect. And importantly, the teacher of this method is not seen as a guru or divine figure — but as a messenger, someone who helps students reflect on and understand the truths given by God through deep contemplation. The teacher is loving and supportive — but only God is worshipped.

At the heart of this practice is the belief that God is the inner guide for each person — gently leading them through their own conscience, helping them walk the divine path, and lifting them up in times of need.

Learning Iraivazhi and its meditation method is something every individual can benefit from. But we must approach it with genuine interest and an open heart. Only then can this divine way of life truly transform us.
